The physical geography is defined by a series of north-flowing waterways, including Wolf Creek, Comanche Creek, and Little Comanche Creek, which carve gentle drainage patterns through the terrain. To the northeast, the land begins to rise more sharply near Spring Gulch. Industrial markers of the mid-20th century are evident across the landscape, from the Gravel Pit near the creek to the infrastructure of a Pipeline and Telephone Line crossing the southwestern quadrant.
