Flathead National Forest and Kootenai National Forest converge at the boundary between Flathead and Lincoln counties, creating a high-altitude wilderness defined by the Whitefish and Galton Ranges. This 2014 survey documents the rugged landscape where the crest of Tuchuck Mtn and Review Mtn dictate the flow of numerous mountain drainages. The area is marked by significant topographical landmarks such as Copeland Basin and Seemo Pass, along with high-elevation clearings like Weasel Meadow and Timothy Meadow.
