The Racetrack, a famous dry lakebed known for its enigmatic sailing stones, occupies the center of this terrain within Death Valley National Park. The landscape is defined by the convergence of the Last Chance Range, the Cottonwood Mountains, and the Panamint Range. From the heights of Ubehebe Peak, several primitive routes branch out, including the Ubehebe Peak Trl and the Racetrack Moving Rocks Trl, which offer access to the stark geological features of Racetrack Valley.
