About this map

The Tensaw Lake shoreline and the bottomlands of the Tensaw River dominate the western edge of this Baldwin County landscape. In the early 1980s, these wetlands were punctuated by traditional river access points such as Old Island Landing, Nelson Landing, and Hubbard Landing. Moving east, the terrain rises into a network of ridges and creek valleys, including the drainages of Halls Creek and Philip Creek.
