Warren Mountain and the high elevations of the Lost River Range dominate this portion of the Challis National Forest along the Custer and Butte County line. The landscape is defined by a series of high-altitude drainages and technical passes, most notably the Pass Creek Summit which serves as a critical navigation point between the Little Basin and the headwaters of Wet Cr. This survey captures the complex network of forest development roads and trails, including the Big Creek-Massacre route and the Bear-Wet Creek Trail, that provide access to these remote canyons.
