The Klamath County Fairgrounds and the airfield at Kingsley Field anchor the western portion of this 2011 survey, where the suburban development of Altamont meets the managed water systems of the Klamath Basin. A network of irrigation works, including the prominent A Canal and B Canal, cuts through the landscape to support local agriculture. The survey documents the area's transition from the residential streets of Altamont to smaller communities such as Hager, Henley, and Pine Grove. Further east, the Lost River flows through the Lost River Pool toward Olene, crossing under the Wilson Bridge. This map provides a detailed view of the infrastructure of the region, from the Eternal Hills Cemetery to the Lost River Diversion Channel, during a period of modern growth and water management.
