The East Fork Chippewa River meanders across the southern landscape of this northern Wisconsin boundary region, where Ashland and Iron counties meet. This hydrologically complex area is defined by its series of small, interconnected water bodies, most notably Augustine Lake and Cammerer Lake. The drainage network is further delineated by Augustine Creek, Silver Cr, and Willerth Cr, which feed into the larger river system.
