Watson Glacier feeds into a complex network of glacial outwash and braided channels along the coast of Yakutat, Alaska. This 2016 survey illustrates the dynamic hydrologic landscape where the South Channel Yakataga River and S Channel Yakataga River meander toward the Gulf of Alaska. The coastal lowlands are defined by a series of parallel drainage systems, including Fulton Cr and Hamilton Cr, which intersect the expansive wetlands before reaching the sea.
