Blue Spring Hills and the West Hills define the high-relief landscape of this Box Elder County region. The terrain is deeply incised by numerous drainages, including Toponce Canyon, Marlow Canyon, and Butler Canyon, which channel seasonal runoff through the arid uplands. The namesake Blind Springs is located within Blind Springs Canyon, a vital water source in an otherwise dry environment dominated by scrub and rocky outcrops.
