2013 Map of Brazil West

USGS Topo · Published 2013

About this map

The western edge of Brazil and its surrounding coal-country townships define this landscape at the start of the 2010s. The region is characterized by a dense network of small unincorporated communities and named settlements such as Coal Bluff, Fontanet, and Bee Ridge, reflecting the historical settlement patterns of Clay and Vigo counties. While the urban grid of Brazil occupies the southeastern corner, much of the quadrangle is defined by the winding paths of Otter Creek and its many tributaries, including North Branch Otter Creek and Little Creek.
