Hoback Canyon dominates the southern half of this mid-1990s survey, where the Hoback River carves through the high elevations of the Teton National Forest. The map documents a rugged landscape defined by massive summits like Cream Puff Peak, Battle Mountain, and Beaver Mountain. Human activity is concentrated along the river corridor, evidenced by the presence of Camp Davis and a remote Hunting Camp near the Wilderness Boundary.
