Colville National Forest dominates this section of the Kettle River Range, where the terrain is defined by the prominent peaks of Bulldog Mtn and Dry Mtn. The landscape is a network of ridges and drainage basins, most notably Taylor Ridge and North Boulder Ridge, which channel numerous tributaries such as N Fork Boulder Cr and Bulldog Cr. This survey illustrates the modern management of these timberlands, highlighting the established access routes of Boulder Deer Creek/6100 and the Bulldog Cabin trail system.
