Carlisle and its surrounding clusters of Carlisle West and Carlisle East form the residential heart of this Grays Harbor County landscape. The area is defined by a dense network of watercourses, where the Copalis River meanders southward toward the Carlisle Lakes. Further east, the Humptulips River cuts through the terrain, joined by smaller tributaries like Damon Cr which flows into Damon Lake.
