The Williams River and its numerous tributaries dominate this drainage-heavy landscape in the Coast Range of southern Oregon. The terrain is defined by a dense network of timber access routes, including the Weyerhauser 8000 Rd and Arrow Creek Rd, which provide access to the steep ridges and deep valleys of the area. Rising prominently in the northeast, Green Peak serves as a landmark above the headwaters of Cedar Creek and Arrow Creek.
