Maggini Ranch and Goicoechea Ranch anchor the eastern and western peripheries of this high-elevation landscape, where the drainage patterns of numerous canyons define the terrain. The central high ground is marked by prominent summits, including Christina Peak, Summit Peak, and Gilson Peak. These peaks overlook a network of deep-cut drainages such as Three Springs Canyon, Walters Canyon, and Sheep Canyon that carry runoff toward the Diamond Valley.
