This survey captures a rugged interior basin where the boundary between White Pine Co and Eureka Co follows the high ridgeline through Christina Peak and Gilson Peak. Evidence of resource extraction and early settlement is scattered across the canyons, from the Mine Shaft and Prospects in the north to the Ruins located near Homestead Canyon.
