Cle Elum Lake dominates the western half of this Kittitas County landscape, where the Cle Elum River feeds a valley floor surrounded by high elevation peaks. The northern edge of Roslyn is visible at the southern boundary, sitting below the steep incline of Domerie Peak and Cle Elum Ridge. Much of the central and northern terrain is protected within the Wenatchee National Forest, defined by a series of prominent summits including Sasse Mountain and Hex Mtn.
