The Bibon Marsh dominates the southeastern quadrant of this northern Wisconsin landscape, where the White River meanders through an extensive wetland complex. Settled areas are sparse, focused around the small community of Sutherland and the Pike River settlement to the northwest, near the Pike River Cem. The map captures a transition from agricultural land and Gravel Pits in the north to the dense, lake-studded interior of the Chequamegon National Forest in the south.

Transport and industry are marked by an Old Railroad Grade that skirts the marsh, hinting at the region's earlier timber or shipping history. The southern portion of the quadrangle is defined by a glacial landscape of numerous small water bodies, including Drummond Lake, Star Lake, and Anodanta Lake. Local religious life is anchored by Bethany Ch in the northeast, serving the rural population between the branches of South Fish Creek.
