Monument Ridge and the path of the Continental Divide define this high-elevation portion of Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The terrain is marked by a network of drainage systems including Jack Morrow Cr and Jack Parnell Cr, which carve through deep geological features such as LaFonte Canyon and Box Canyon. At the southern edge of the survey, Minnie Spring provides a rare water point in a landscape otherwise defined by seasonal creeks and steep topographic shifts.
