Sawtooth Ridge and a series of prominent peaks define this landscape on the boundary of Olympic National Forest and Olympic National Park. The topography is dominated by massive summits, including Mt Skokomish, Mt Henderson, and Mt Cruiser, which tower over a network of high-altitude basins. A complex system of alpine water bodies, such as the Flapjacks Lakes, Murdock Lakes, and the Lake of the Angels, feeds into the N Fork Skokomish River and the Hamma Hamma River.
