Naomi Peak and the high summits of the Bear River Range dominate this 2017 study of the Cache National Forest. The landscape is defined by deep glacial cirques and alpine basins, including those holding Tony Grove Lake, White Pine Lake, and High Creek Lake. High-altitude industrial history is preserved at the site of the Steam Mill in Steam Mill Canyon, providing evidence of the timber and resource extraction that occurred in these remote drainages.
