
The Fish Creek Range dominates the western portion of this Central Nevada landscape, where the rugged peaks of South Hill and the incisions of Grays Canyon give way to the broad alluvial basins of the Great Basin. This 2021 update documents the transitional geography between the high country and the valley floors, specifically where the slopes of Ratto Canyon and Secret Canyon drain toward the eastern flats.
