Priest Lake dominates this northern Idaho landscape, its eastern shoreline defined by a series of bays and prominent points. The Priest Lake State Park Lionhead Unit sits at the northern end, where the Priest River and Lion Creek feed into the water. Settlement is concentrated along the narrow strip between the water and the rising slopes of the Selkirk Mountains, specifically along East Shore Rd and Sandy Shores Ln.
