Randall and the surrounding Morrison County landscape are defined by the winding course of the Little Elk River and a dense network of glacial lakes including Green Prairie Fish Lake, Ferrell Lake, and Three Finger Lake. The area shows a transition from the village center of Randall to the rural crossroads of Darling Switch, where the rail corridor parallels Us-10.
