The Brothers peaks dominate this high-elevation landscape in the Olympic Peninsula, where a complex network of glacial meltwater feeds the Dosewallips River and the Duckabush River. This 2011 survey documents a wilderness marked by significant vertical relief, from the depths of Bull Elk Canyon to the summit of Mount Lena. Human presence is largely defined by primitive infrastructure and back-country access points, including the Dosewallips Campground and remote outposts like Dose Forks Camp and Tenmile Camp.
