About this map

Dworshak Reservoir dominates the central drainage of this mountainous Clearwater County landscape, where several branches of Robinson Cr descend from the high ridges. The area is defined by sharp topographic relief within the St. Joe National Forest, extending toward the Bitterroot Mountains in the northeast. Higher elevations are marked by prominent peaks such as Boehls Butte and Township Butte, while the lower slopes are traced by forest service routes including Burma Rd and Grandad Rd. Evidence of backcountry activity appears at Little Meadow Creek Orrv Camp and the site of Old Camp T. The map detail captures a complex system of mountain streams, including Little Meadow Creek and Elkberry Cr, which feed the reservoir system below Elkberry Ridge.
