The Alaska Pipeline cuts a distinct industrial path through this interior Alaska landscape, running parallel to the Richardson Highway and several local connectors like Old Edgerton Loop Road. The settlement of Willow Creek is centered near the intersection of these transport corridors, north of the large expanse of Willow Lake. The topography is dominated by the elevations of Stuck Mtn and Willow Mtn in the southern portion of the quadrangle.
