Warm Spring Hills and the Dove Creek Hills define the high ground in this arid corner of Box Elder County. The landscape is marked by a network of drainage channels and vital water sources such as Rhus Spring, Seep Spring, and the seasonal flows of Muddy Cr. This 2017 survey documents a modern transportation layout that still respects the historic paths of the region, most notably seen in Emigrant Trail Rd, which cuts across the southeast. While ranching infrastructure like Meadow Springs Ranch Rd and Sheep Spring Rd provides access to the interior, the terrain remains largely defined by its natural topography and the sparse but critical springs that once sustained travelers through this high desert environment.
