Keystone Lake dominates the northwestern reaches of this topography, where the jagged shoreline creates a complex series of inlets and peninsulas near Westport. The Arkansas River flows eastward through the southern portion of the quadrangle, flanked by the lowland areas of Fisher Bottom and the small settlement of Fisher. This 2016 survey illustrates the convergence of river valley terrain with the developing suburban and rural outskirts west of Sand Springs.
