Worsham and the nearby community of Lindsay anchor this section of Reeves County, where the desert landscape is defined by a rigid grid of ranch roads and ephemeral watercourses. Located just south of Pecos, the terrain is marked by the wide drainage of Salt Draw and the winding path of Toyah Cr in the southeast. The area serves as a transition between the established town center and the expansive ranching lands of West Texas. The street names in Lindsay, such as Sierra St, Ojinaga St, and Yeso Rd, reflect the regional character and proximity to the borderlands. A network of county and state roads, including Ranch Rd 869 and Ranch Rd 1934, provide the primary infrastructure for the sparsely populated rural landscape between these small settlements.
