Rufus Woods Lake dominates the central landscape of this territory, following the boundary between Okanogan Co and Douglas Co. The terrain is defined by the significant rise of Pearl Hill to the east and the surrounding drainage network of Chicken Cr, Mordon Cr, and Jordan Cr. Small bodies of water such as Blacks Lakes and Bedar Lake dot the plateau north of the river, while several natural springs, including Geldon Spring and Brewer Spring, are found on the southern slopes.
