Cedarhill stands at the base of a series of dramatic canyon systems that define the geography of this Idaho landscape. The settlement is anchored by a grid of local roads, including 7000n and several unnamed routes that provide access to the surrounding agricultural and ranching lands. To the north and east, the terrain is shaped by the significant drainage of Bull Canyon and its tributaries, including South Fork Bull Canyon.
