Club Hollow and the surrounding Callahan County landscape are defined by an intricate network of drainage and water management infrastructure. The terrain is deeply carved by the N Prong Pecan Bayou and several tributaries including Mexia Cr, Kaiser Cr, and Rough Cr. This 2016 survey illustrates the significance of water conservation in the region, featuring several large engineered water bodies such as Soil Conservation Service Site 9 Reservoir and Soil Conservation Service Site 7 Reservoir.
