The northern edge of Bradford gives way to industrial clusters and residential pockets like Derrick City and Foster Brook, while the Baltimore and Ohio RR follows the narrow corridor of Tuna Creek near the New York state line. Small settlements such as Sawyer City, Dallas City, and Rixford are connected by winding hollows and ridge-top roads.

Local history is preserved in the locations of the Lincoln Sch, Fretz Jr High Sch, and the isolated Knapp Cem near Fullerton Creek.
