The Pahsimeroi Valley serves as the focal point for this high-altitude landscape, where the Pahsimeroi River and Goldburg Cr converge. The settlement of Goldburg is situated at the junction of Goldburg Rd and Double Springs Rd, anchoring a sparse network of ranching and utility roads that navigate the valley floor. To the east, the terrain rises sharply into the Lemhi Range, much of which is protected within the Challis National Forest.
