Evidence of much earlier habitation is preserved at the Indian Mounds near McAdoo Ridge, while the 1950s cultural landscape is marked by numerous country churches such as Chapel Hill Ch. and Mt Herman Ch.. Small rural hubs like Liverworth and Cabin Row appear alongside essential local landmarks, including the Dixon Sch and the Filtration Plant near the river’s north bend.
