Fish Lake and the Johnson Valley Reservoir dominate this high-elevation landscape within the Fishlake National Forest, where the boundary between Sevier and Wayne counties cuts across the southern terrain. The map details a complex system of water resources, including the Fremont River and numerous springs such as Reflection Spring, Silas Spring, and Hi Spring that feed the local basins. To the west, the Fish Lake Hightop Plateau rises toward High Top, while the eastern portion is defined by the Mytoge Mountains and deep drainages like Pelican Canyon and Ivie Canyon.
