Fisher Towers rise as vertical monoliths above the surrounding canyonlands in this 1980s topographic survey of Grand County. The landscape is defined by the Colorado River and its intricate drainage systems, including Onion Creek and Professor Creek, which have carved out the massive Amphitheater and Hellroaring Canyon. Dramatic geologic formations are the focal point, from the iconic Titan Tower and Totem Pole to the Priest and Nuns near Castle Rock.
