Geyser anchors the southwest corner of this Judith Basin County landscape, situated along the corridor of Us-87 and Spring Meadow Rd. This 2014 survey reveals a transition from the structured townsite and local Po to the wide, open grazing and agricultural lands to the north and east. The terrain is defined by a complex drainage network, where Lone Tree Cr and McCarthy Cr meet near the settlement.

Further into the interior, the topography is carved by deep draws like Big Coulée and Crow Coulee. Significant water sources like Arrow Creek Spring and Big Flat Spring are critical landmarks in this semi-arid environment.
