Salina Reservoir and a series of high-elevation catchments define this 2011 survey of the Fishlake National Forest area in Sevier County. The landscape is dominated by a complex network of drainage systems, including the namesake Gooseberry Creek and its tributaries like Sheep Creek and Hoodoo Creek. The presence of numerous engineered water bodies such as Hamilton Reservoir, Farnsworth Reservoir, and Harves River Reservoir indicates the critical importance of water management and storage in this part of the Wasatch Plateau.
