Diamond Mountain Plateau and the high elevations of Diamond Mtn dominate the northern terrain of this Uintah County survey. The landscape is defined by a complex network of seasonal drainages and springs that support the high desert ecosystem, including Switchback Spring, Bowrey Spring, and Blair Spring. To the south, the terrain descends toward The Reef, a prominent geological formation near Stone Bridge Draw and the South Fork Jensen Wash.
