Twin Creek and its many tributaries, including Millers Fork and Price Creek, define the landscape of eastern Preble County. The village of Lewisburg serves as a central hub, where streets like W Cumberland St and S Main St form a tight grid near the banks of Lick Run. To the south, the older settlement of New Lexington sits along the bend of the creek, preserved alongside its namesake New Lexington Cem.
