2017 Map of Llonidas Lake

USGS Topo · Published 2017

About this map

Llonidas Lake is the central hydrologic feature of this high-plains landscape in San Miguel County, where a complex network of seasonal drainages has carved deep into the terrain. These canyons, or cañons, define the local topography, ranging from the prominent Cañon Cibolo in the north to Cañon Carriso and Cañon Ciruela in the south. The land is organized by the Public Land Survey System, shown here at the intersection of several townships including t17n r21e and t17n r22e.
