USGS Topo · Published 2014

About this map

The settlement of Mayfield serves as the focal point of this 2014 survey, located at the mouth of Twelvemile Canyon where the high desert meets the western edge of the Wasatch Plateau. The grid of the town site is clearly defined, featuring local landmarks such as the Mayfield Cem and the junction of S Highway 137 and N State St. The landscape transitions sharply from the agricultural Arapien Valley in the west to the deeply incised drainages of the Manti-LaSal National Forest and Fishlake National Forest to the east and south.
