Wasatch Ridge serves as the dividing line between Rich and Morgan counties in this high-altitude landscape of northern Utah. The terrain is defined by a series of prominent ridges and deep drainages, including Condie Ridge and Blue Ridge, which channel water into numerous creeks like Bull Nelson Cr and Freestone Cr. Much of the eastern and central portion of the area is contained within the Cache National Forest, showing a land managed for natural resources rather than dense settlement.
