Mirror Plateau and the high thermal basins of the Absaroka Range dominate this mid-century survey of northeastern Wyoming. The landscape is defined by its active geothermal features, such as the Hot Spring Group, The Mudkettles, and The Mushpots, alongside a network of backcountry trails that served the early administration of Yellowstone National Park.
