1955 Map of Pine Tree Ridge

USGS Topo · Published 1956

About this map

Soda Lakes and the larger Soda Lake dominate this central Wyoming landscape, an area defined by alkaline basins and intermittent water. In the southern portion of the quadrangle, the terrain transitions into the namesake Pine Tree Ridge, overlooking the winding courses of Sevenmile Creek and Rock Creek. These waterways provide a stark contrast to the drier northern basins, such as Dry Lake and Mud Springs.
