Rooster Rock and Table Rock dominate this high-relief section of the Cascade Range foothills along the boundary of Clackamas Co and Marion Co. The 2017 survey reveals a landscape defined by an intricate network of drainage basins, where the Molalla River and its numerous tributaries like Table Rock Fork and Poopanelly Cc have carved deep valleys into the terrain. This is a region of dense national forest management, straddling the northern reaches of the Willamette National Forest and the southern portions of the Mount Hood National Forest.
