Kenai Fjords National Park and the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge dominate this coastal survey of the Kenai Peninsula. The landscape is defined by the deep inlets of Taroka Arm and Two Arm Bay, where the shoreline meets the open expanse of the Gulf of Alaska. These narrow coastal waterways slice into high terrain, including Cloudy Mtn, which rises steeply above the surrounding waters.
