
Montague Island dominates this northern Alaskan landscape within the Chugach National Forest. Located along the southwestern edge of Prince William Sound, the terrain is defined by a complex network of coastal features and dense wetland environments. This 2023 survey illustrates a landscape primarily shaped by natural hydrography and shoreline variations, ranging from the prominent northern tip at Montague Point down to the recessed waters of Rocky Bay.
